The nose is expressive – lemon zest, vanilla blossom, a pinch of fresh herbs and a hint of sea breeze. Complex and long on the palate, with plenty of saltiness, creaminess and fine yellow fruit. Stimulating, tense and multifaceted. A fabulous young Chardonnay with a great future ahead of it.
