Anise and red cherry, fine juniper wood notes and a hint of blueberry already delight on the nose. Surprisingly silky on the palate at first. Only after a few seconds does a fine grip unfold. Black pepper, ripe blueberries, black tea and once again a noble hint of anise shape the flavour profile. A Syrah for lovers of the elegant side of this grape variety.
