Fritz Wassmer winery

“We uncompromisingly pick everything by hand and only the best harvested material goes into the cellar.
The ripeness of the grapes is crucial; the way the grapes taste in the vineyard is how the wine will be.
What is not in the fruit cannot be added later.”
