A wave of blackcurrant, accompanied by ripe green bell pepper and a trace of graphite. On the palate the tannins are extremely fine, with subtle freshness. The fine red and dark fruit make an excellent pairing with a pronounced spiciness. A textbook Cabernet Sauvignon that shows finesse and complexity.
